VEL Gems Gel Top Coat # 1 is a transparent gel top coat with ultra-fine multi-dimensional shimmer designed to add a subtle, light-enhancing effect to any shade.

This delicate shimmer enhances the existing color without overpowering it, creating a refined, luminous finish that complements both natural and bold designs.

VEL Gems Top Coat can be applied over Rubber Base, Hard Gel, or gel color to add depth, dimension, and a soft sparkling effect while maintaining a smooth, glossy surface.

Perfect for elevating everyday looks or adding a touch of light to classic shades.

VOLUME: 0.5 fl oz/15 ml.

Instructions for Use:

1. Prepare the natural nail plate.

2. Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure.

3. Apply a leveling layer of Base or Hard Gel and cure.

4. Apply VEL Clear Gel Top Coat in a thin, even layer and seal the free edge.

5. Cure in a LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.
