VEL Camouflage Rubber Base # 3 is a flexible rubber base gel designed to strengthen natural nails and create a smooth, self-leveling layer.

VOLUME: 0.5 fl oz/15 ml.
Instructions for Use:
1. Prepare the nail plate: perform manicure, remove surface shine, cleanse and dehydrate.
2. Apply a thin layer of clear base coat.
3. Cure in a lamp:
• LED / UV: 60–90 seconds 4. Apply VEL Camouflage Rubber Base in a leveling layer, building the desired structure.
5. Cure in a lamp:
• LED / UV: 60–90 seconds
6. Apply color or finish with VEL Top Coat or VEL Sync Top Coat.
7. Cure the final layer:
• LED / UV: 60–90 seconds
