Instructions for Use:

1. Prepare the nail plate: perform manicure, remove surface shine, cleanse and dehydrate.

2. Apply a thin layer of clear base coat.

3. Cure in a lamp:

• LED/UV: 60–90 seconds

4. Apply Hollywood Rubber Base in a leveling layer, building the desired structure.

5. Cure in a lamp:

• LED/UV: 60–90 seconds

6. Apply VEL Top Coat

7. Cure the final layer:

• LED/UV: 60–90 seconds
