Moonlight Rubber Base Gel #4 features ultra-fine cool shimmer that creates a soft moonlit glow on the nails.

Designed with a flexible rubber base formula for excellent adhesion and a smooth, self-leveling finish, this base provides long-lasting wear while enhancing the nails with a subtle luminous glow.

VOLUME: 0.5 fl oz/15 ml.

Instructions for Use:

1. Prepare the nail plate: perform manicure, remove surface shine, cleanse and dehydrate.

2. Apply a thin layer of clear base coat.

3. Cure in a lamp:

• LED/UV: 60–90 seconds

4. Apply Moonlight Rubber Base in a leveling layer, building the desired structure.

5. Cure in a lamp:

• LED/UV: 60–90 seconds

6. Apply VEL Top Coat

7. Cure the final layer:

• LED/UV: 60–90 seconds
